W. Jacob Anderson, MD received his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine (SLU) and completed his ophthalmology residency at the St. Louis University School of Medicine.

Palak Patel, MD received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. She completed a transitional year and did her ophthalmology residency at the Rush University Medical Center.

M. Zia Siddiqui, MD received his medical degree and completed a transitional year internship at the University of Arkansas School of Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Jones Eye Institute at UAMS.
