Alia Durrani MD, received her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University.  She completed her medical degree at Vanderbilt School of Medicine, then attended Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA for her ophthalmology residency.  Her vitreoretinal surgical training was completed at Vanderbilt Eye Institute.

Dr. Durrani is a board certified ophthalmic surgeon by the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and is a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists.
