Thomas K. Krummenacher, MD, received his medicaldegree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He interned at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, completed his ophthalmology residency at St. Louis University and a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.  He is  Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at St. Louis University.
